Return & Cancellation Policy

Skyline Series — Custom Made Products

All Skyline Series products are custom manufactured to order and cut to your requested length and configuration. Because each unit is made specifically for your project, all Skyline Series sales are final once production begins.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the 48-hour grace period, orders enter material planning and production scheduling and can no longer be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Non-Returnable Skyline Series Items

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds on custom-made Skyline Series products
  • Refunds for incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Measurements
  • Ceiling height requirements
  • Finish selections
  • Product configurations
  • Shipping information
    before placing an order.

Wine Glasses & Drinkware

Unused wine glasses and drinkware may be returned if:

  • The product is unused
  • The original packaging is fully intact
  • The item is undamaged
  • Return request is submitted within the eligible return window
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging are provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used drinkware products, including wine glasses that have been used, washed, or removed from their protective packaging for use.

Once approved, eligible returns with intact packaging will be accepted without issue.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Custom Manufacturing Notice

Skyline Series products are precision-built architectural fixtures manufactured specifically for each order and cannot be restocked or resold once production has started.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
